AUDIENCE:

Employer-exclusive discount platform users (think RetailMeNot for employees-only) - Over 350,000 users belonging to 300+ client population bases

PROJECT DUTIES:

OBJECTIVE:

Create and execute an editorial calendar for weekly, direct-to-user emails that feature offers and savings available exclusively to employees. Select and curate ad placements and features that offer value and grow user engagement with fun, playful content to breakaway from the HR norm.

OBSTACLES:

Emails and messaging must be applicable to employees from diverse industries with diverse company cultures. (manufacturing, medical fields, tech industry, etc.) Most emails go direct to employer email addresses creating firewall deliverability and open rate issues, among other unique client-specific obstacles.
